All information that you submit via this website is held securely via a password access system. The password on this system is forced to expire every 3 months.

We will only ever send you e-mail should we need to contact you about something you have sent through this website.

We will never send junk / spam or any advertising e-mail to you.

Our systems are protected by the latest anti-virus software and is updated automatically daily. The practice however does not take responsibility for a virus attacking our system and consequently, attacking your system. The possibility of this happening however, is extremely low, almost impossible with the way the system is setup.
